Our Work

Gen Z Talks has delivered a number of highly engaging events both in the UK and internationally, that focused on hearing the Gen Z perspective on different work related topics and facilitating new  relationships between Gen Z, experienced professionals and employers.

We have also successfully designed and delivered a Reverse Mentoring Pilot Programme to help young people increase their confidence, self awareness of skills they have whilst exchanging skills with the experienced mentee.

We have interviewed more than 100 Gen Z’s and produced 7 series that showcase the Gen Z perspective, mindset and new ideas they have.

We have delivered Gen Z Hackathons to improve recruitment campaigns for sectors to help attract and retain Gen Z Talent.

Against the backdrop of the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic, this generation will face unprecedented challenges like no other has faced for decades. However, as the above statistics suggest, GenZ is already well-equipped to take on the odds and thrive as the long recovery gets underway. They are willing to make their own paths, have an eagerness to learn, and a presence of mind to be financially aware. Tech savvy, entrepreneurial, and resilient. GenZers are set to define their own future, whatever it throws at them.
